How to Create a Support Request?
- Join our official Discord server at discord.gurlabs.xyz.
- Verify your account with your purchase invoice.
- Create a “Support Ticket” in the #support-tickets channel.
When reporting your issue, do not forget to provide a screenshot of the error and system logs. This will significantly speed up the resolution process.
